Lakes; a peaceful subdivision situated approximately 10 minutes from the Walt
Disney World entrance and is conveniently located for the other
attractions. This
home has a maximum sleeping capacity of 8. The master bedroom has a
queen sized bed, the 2nd bedroom has a full sized bed and bedrooms 3 and
4 both have 2 twins in each room. Beautifully furnished, there is ample kitchen equipment,
microwave, refrigerator-freezer, range, washer and drier, towels, linens
etc. There is a TV and DVD in the living room and also a TV in
all of the bedrooms. Additionally, both twin rooms have DVD
players with their TV's and the master bedroom has a VCR with its TV.
The games room offers a pool table, foosball table, table tennis and exercise
bike.
The master bathroom offers a full shower and a large soaking tub.
A former show house, this home is beautifully decorated and offers a
very inviting atmosphere accompanying its peaceful conservation view
from the patio deck. There is an electric George Foreman grill for
outside use. This is a
non-smoking and pet-free home.
