Monsters Celebrity Bowl A Rama To Benefit Rock Pink
We had a fun day yesterday as we attended the Monsters Celebrity Bowl A Rama event that benefited Rock Pink. Rock Pink, if you’re not familiar, has a mission to raise breast health awareness and to support local breast cancer programs. The event was hosted at Boardwalk Bowl on East Colonial Drive in Orlando and featured “Real Radio” 104.1 and the “Monsters in the Morning team. In all, 80 local celebrities from the worlds of music, television, radio, sport and space travel came together to raise money and bowl for three to four hours with guests who had bid in an online auction to bowl with them.
The event raised $67,200 for breast cancer. Here’s me with WESH2’s Meredith McDonough and Amy Sweezey.
