Part county fair and part music festival, the Florida Strawberry Festival returns for its 80th edition tomorrow for am eleven day run that concludes on 8th March 2015.
The event celebrates the strawberry harvest of Eastern Hillsborough County and each year, over 500,000 visitors enjoy the Festival’s headline entertainment, youth livestock shows, exhibits of commerce and, of course, its world-famous strawberry shortcake.
Tickets for the Florida Strawberry Festival’s headline entertainment shows on the Wish Farms Soundstage are currently on sale and twenty-two shows including REBA, Scotty McCreery, Hunter Hayes, John Legend, Boyz II Men and more comprise the wide variety of entertainment offered in the 2015 lineup.
“Our headline entertainment shows are some of the most popular attractions at our event,” said Florida Strawberry Festival General Manager Paul Davis, “and our lineup this year includes almost every genre.”
Advance tickets for admission are also available beginning Thursday and can be bought while purchasing tickets for shows. Advance admission tickets are $8 for adults, $4 for children 6 to 12 years old and children 5 years old and under are admitted free. Beginning Feb. 26, admission tickets are $10 for adults, $5 for children 6 to 12 years old and children 5 years old and under are admitted free.
Tickets for each show can be purchased online at www.flstrawberryfestival.com, over the phone at 813-754-1996 or at the Amscot Main Ticket Office located at 2209 W. Oak Avenue in Plant City.
$10 for adults is this just the admission cost and what does this include. I am from the Uk and will be out in Florida next week so would like to visit this festival

Hi Julie,
There are some Publix stores selling tickets for $8. You get into the event for that and it includes plenty of things to explore and enjoy. The concert tickets are an extra fee as per the link given above.
