Firstly, the villa is absolutely stunning and presented to a very high standard. Everything we expected to be there was, it worked and was in excellent condition.
In advance of arrival, we had received gate codes, lockbox codes and alarm codes, all of which worked first time, being able to check into the house without going to an agents office first is brilliant after a long flight.
The pool was cleaned twice during our three week stay, the guy was polite and respectful of our belongings and privacy around the pool. Finally, we asked for and got a couple of hours extension to leave which was ideal for us before heading to the airport.
We have already re-booked with Florida Leisure for the same villa this Christmas and I would recommend (already have done actually) your service to anyone.

3-bathroom 2 storey home with its own private screened pool and Jacuzzi. The home also comes with high speed internet. Located in Cumbrian Lakes; a peaceful subdivision near all the attractions.

Home 4626 is a beautifully furnished 6-bedroom, 4½-bathroom home with its own private screened pool, Jacuzzi and games room, wireless internet. This home is located in Cumbrian Lakes; a peaceful subdivision situated approximately 10 minutes from Walt Disney World.

The master bedroom has a king-sized bed, the 2nd master bedroom has a queen-size bed, the 3rd bedroom has a full-sized bed.

Home 4633 is a 4-bedroom, 2-bathroom home with a private screened pool. This home has a maximum sleeping capacity of 10.There is a large screen TV with VCR in the living room and a 27" TV with VCR in the master bedroom.

Home 4785-E is an executive classification, beautifully furnished 5-bedroom, 3 and a half-bathroom home with its own private screened pool. The master has a king-sized bed and a balcony with a lake view. There are TV's in each of the bedrooms plus one in the living room, DVD/VCR's and a games room.

Home 4618 is a luxurious 6-bedroom, 4½-bathroom home with its own private screened pool and Jacuzzi. There is Internet for your own personal use and the upstairs living room offer Pool Table and Foosball.
