Walt Disney World has announced today, a new night time offering for Disney’s Animal Kingdom called “Harambe Nights.”
The separately-ticketed event will take place on Saturdays in the park’s new Harambe Theater, the home to the recently relocated Festival of the Lion King show. It begins June 7 and is available through August 9 2014, 7pm to 10:30pm each Saturday evening with prices beginning at $119 for adults and $79 for children.
The Lion King: Concert in the Wild will include live versions of scenes from the movie with a celebrity narrator and live orchestra. There will be special live entertainment, food, and drinks, along with a street party afterward.

Harambe Nights will mark the beginning of a new night life for Disney’s Animal Kingdom. This will be the start of an infusion of new entertainment that will culminate with the opening of an “Avatar” based land that is expected to open in early 2017.
