Orlando Eye Moves A Step Closer to Opening!
The Orlando Eye is a step closer to opening as just before Christmas the outer wheel construction was completed.
The 400 foot tall wheel’s construction will now move to the next step as thirty passenger capsules will be installed in the coming weeks. The capsules will be able to hold 15 passengers each and that will leave plenty of room for visitors to wander around and take in the sweeping views of Central Florida.
Once the capsules are installed, the whole structure will undergo a period of extensive testing before being officially opened in the Spring of 2015.
