The show features approximately 2,600 booths of apparel and hard goods and a full line-up of special events, including fashion shows, annual awards ceremonies, and demos.
The show runs from 14th to 16th January and has several categories including skate, boutique, resort, souvenir, sup, wind, swim, lifestyle, performance as well as the category that launched Surf Expo….surf.
Average buyer and exhibitor turnout exceeds 26,000 attendees including retailers, exhibitors and media per show.
Joe Olinard (pictured above), one of the oldest swimwear designers in the industry with over 30 years behind him said “We always enjoying coming to Surf Expo as it gives us a chance to show our latest products. We deal in the niche area of fit and cup size swimmer tops and bottoms for juniors and missy’s.”
The show also has numerous seminars covering all aspects of the industry as well as the ever popular resort, board sports and swimwear fashion shows. The shows provide an opportunity to see the latest trends and clothing that trend seekers will be wearing in the Summer.
The Summer Surf Expo returns to Orlando later in the year as the next Expo runs from 8th to 10th of September.
