Tiger Woods carded a third round 66 to put himself in pole position going into the final round of the Arnold Palmer Invitational.
Overnight leaders Justin Rose and Bill Hass shot a 72 and 73 respectively and Woods will now play the final round with Rickie Fowler who went around in 67 to go to -9 for the championship.
The leader board sees Woods at -11 with Fowler, Rose and John Huh all at -9. It was a somewhat traumatic day for Rose in particular as at one point he was at -13 but then dropped shot after shot to finish the day in a despondent mood.
Hass finished at -8 and joins a pack that contains the odd surprise as Palm City resident Ken Duke finds himself in the running. Duke is currently 161st in the FedEx Cup standings.
